Location: Noosaville Head Office & Warehouse.

This is a casual position as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of our retail and eCommerce operations, engaging with customers to understand their unique skincare concerns and offering tailored recommendations. Key Responsibilities:


Customer Communication

  • Manage our sales email with efficiency and care, ensuring all customer inquiries are responded to with promptness and professionalism.
  • Engage customers directly via live chat on our website, providing support and answering questions to enhance their experience.
  • Address customer queries over the phone with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction every time.

Retail Operations

  • Assist customers in-store, offering tailored insights and advice on our products, and providing skincare consultations to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain the presentation and readiness of the store during opening and closing routines.

Sales and Customer Account Management

  • Actively generate new sales leads through innovative outreach strategies.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to drive repeat business.

Warehouse Assistance

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to pick and pack orders accurately.
  • Support various operational tasks in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.

Content Support

  • Collaborate on content creation and refinement as needed, ensuring it meets the high standards our customers expect.

Team Collaboration

  • Work alongside various team members, contributing to a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • A background in Beauty Therapy or well versed in the skincare industry.
  • Strong and professional communication skills.
  • Solid experience in retail and familiarity with eCommerce platforms, notably Shopify.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva.
  • Experience in customer service roles, with an emphasis on email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Passion or keen interest in skincare or beauty.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Detail-oriented and organised approach to tasks.
  • Collaborative spirit, willing to assist others on the team as needed.
