We're proudly Australian-owned, and 100% of our products are made in Australia.

Our products are breastfeeding and pregnancy safe, however we recommend consulting your doctor first before use.

We use a wide range of very high quality essential oils. These essential oils not only provide a beautiful fragrance to the product they also carry powerful therapeutic properties. 

Our products expire 12 months from opening.

Returns

In the very unlikely event that an item you receive is incorrect, damaged or faulty, we have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order or pick up in store. You may be required to send through a photo or video of your issue to the Saya team.

If you have purchased our products from another retailer, please refer to their company returns policy and contact them directly.

You are responsible for return postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds, store credits or exchanges can only be issued for products that have been returned back to Saya Skincare.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. 

If you have any further questions about returns or exchanges, please contact us via email at sales@sayaskin.com.

If you have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction with one of our products, please email enquiries@sayaskin.com with your name and order number, and the product will need to be returned back to Saya Skincare. You are responsible for return postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.

You will need to fill out a reaction form for our business records, and may be required to send through a photo of video of your reaction. Please note that product must be less than 20% used to be eligible for store credit or refund.
