RETURNS / EXCHANGES
In the very unlikely event that an item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at sales@sayaskin.com. Please quote your name, order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order or pick up in store. For items returned within 14 days, a store credit or a replacement will be issued.
For all items returned via post, we recommend that you return and prepay via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Saya Skincare Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Returned products must be received unopened/unused.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
If you have purchased our products from another retailer, please refer to their company returns policy and contact them directly.

Payment and Billing
- Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the interval you select.
- Ensure your payment details are current to avoid interruptions in your subscription.
- Price changes will be communicated clearly via email at least 30 days in advance.
Shipping
- Subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
- For international subscriptions, standard international shipping rates apply.
- Subscription orders are shipped according to your selected delivery schedule.
Returns and Exchanges
- Subscription items follow our standard return and exchange policy. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
