Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition overview

The Saya Noosa Getaway Giveaway (the "Competition") is promoted by Saya Skincare ABN 21104131618 of Noosaville, Queensland, Australia ("Promoter"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The prize

The prize for one winner and one guest (two people total) comprises:

— Return economy flights for two people, departing closest capital city to Sunshine Coast Airport

— Return airport transfers from Sunshine Coast Airport to Noosa Heads, Hastings Street

— Two nights accommodation for two people at Elysium Noosa, Hastings Street, including daily breakfast (low season dates only, subject to availability)

— One dinner voucher for two people at a participating Noosa restaurant (value TBC)

— One Saya skincare gift pack valued at $500 AUD

— A Saya brand experience: visit to the Saya studio in Noosaville and a Saya treatment at Ikatan Spa, Noosa

The prize is for two people travelling together. Prize components have no cash value and cannot be redeemed wholly or partially for cash. Prize components are non-transferable and non-refundable. Flight routes are closest capital city to Sunshine Coast only. Accommodation is subject to low season availability at Elysium Noosa and must be redeemed during the property's designated low season periods. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize component of equal or greater value if any element becomes unavailable.

3. Eligibility

  1. The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated entities are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter.

  4. Participants who make a purchase on sayaskin.com during the Competition period will receive one additional entry. The additional entry will be automatically applied to the entrant's registered email address upon purchase confirmation. Purchases made prior to or after the Competition period are not eligible for an additional entry.

4. Competition period

  1. The Competition opens at 12:00am AEST Monday 13 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 23 August 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be valid.

  2. The winner will be drawn on or before Friday 28 August 2026.

5. How to enter

  1. To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the Competition Period:

  1. Subscribe to the Saya Skincare email list at sayaskin.com; and

  2. Follow the official Saya Skincare account on Instagram (@sayaskincare).

  1. Existing subscribers and followers are eligible to enter by completing the entry form at sayaskin.com/noosa-getaway during the Competition Period.

  2. Participants who make a qualifying purchase on sayaskin.com during the Competition Period will receive one additional entry automatically. No separate action is required.

  3. Entries are limited to one standard entry per person, plus one additional entry per qualifying purchase. Bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

  4. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Saya Skincare. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.


6. Winner selection and notification

  1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

  2. The draw will take place on or before Friday 28 August 2026 at the Promoter's premises in Noosaville, Queensland.

  3. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw using the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

  4. The winner's first name and suburb will be announced on the Saya Skincare Instagram account and website. By entering, participants consent to this announcement.

7. Prize redemption

  1. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

  2. Accommodation at Elysium Noosa is subject to low season availability and must be booked directly through the Promoter in coordination with the property. Blackout dates, peak periods, and public holidays apply. Dates are not guaranteed and are subject to the property's availability calendar.

  3. Flights are based on economy class travel from the prize winners closest capital city airport to Sunshine Coast Airport. Departure dates are subject to availability and must align with the accommodation booking.

  4. The Saya experience component, including the studio visit and Ikatan treatment, must be booked in advance and is subject to appointment availability.

  5. All travel, transfers, and prize components must be taken together by the same two people. The prize cannot be split or used separately.

  6. The winner is responsible for any expenses not specifically included in the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals other than the included breakfast and dinner voucher, incidentals, and personal expenses.

  7. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any costs arising from changes to or cancellation of travel arrangements.

8. General conditions

  1. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these terms, or who tampers with the entry process.

  3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues.

  4. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding as planned.

  5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants in connection with the Competition or their use of the prize.

  6. Personal information collected through this Competition will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition and, where consent has been given, for marketing communications. The Promoter's Privacy Policy applies and is available at sayaskin.com/privacy-policy.

  7. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram and Meta from any claims relating to the Competition.

  8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
