Promotion Overview

Customers who apply the promotional code RENEW20 at checkout will receive 20% off their entire order, plus a complimentary sample selected by Saya Skincare.

This offer is available for a limited time only and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Period

Start Date: 6:00pm AEST on 1 April 2026
End Date: 11:59pm AEST on 6 April 2026

Orders placed outside of this promotional period will not qualify for the discount.

Saya Skincare reserves the right to withdraw or modify the promotion at any time.

Eligibility

• No minimum spend is required
• Offer applies to one-time purchases only
• Offer is available to all customers during the promotional period

How to Redeem

• Enter the code RENEW20 at checkout
• The 20% discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders
• A complimentary sample will be automatically included with each eligible order
• The promotional code must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after purchase

Complimentary Sample

• Each eligible order will receive one complimentary sample selected by Saya Skincare
• Samples are allocated at Saya Skincare’s discretion and cannot be chosen, exchanged or substituted
• Sample availability is subject to stock and may vary
• No cash alternative is available for the complimentary sample

Exclusions

This promotion:

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, bundles or sets offer, loyalty reward or promotional campaign
• Does not apply to bundles, gift sets or pre-discounted items
• Cannot be applied to subscription purchases or combined with subscription discounts
• Does not apply to gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes

Returns & Refunds

If an order purchased using the RENEW20 promotional code is returned or refunded:

• Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price paid, not the original retail price
• If returning part of an order, the discount will be apportioned across items accordingly
• Complimentary samples must be returned with the order where applicable, or their value may be deducted from the refund

Limitations

• Promotional code is valid for use during the promotional period only
• Promotional codes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash
• Saya Skincare reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to misuse or abuse the promotion

Saya Skincare reserves the right to:

• Amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
• Verify the eligibility of customers and orders associated with the promotion
