Promotion Overview
Customers who spend $200 or more in a single transaction will receive one complimentary Renew Serum valued at $90 AUD, automatically added to their order by Saya Skincare.

This offer is available for a limited time only and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Period
Start Date: 12:00am AEST on 12 May 2026
End Date: 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2026

Orders placed outside of this promotional period will not qualify for the offer.

Saya Skincare reserves the right to withdraw or modify the promotion at any time.

Eligibility
• Offer valid on online purchases at Saya Skincare
• Minimum spend of $200 AUD applies after discounts and before shipping
• Offer applies to one-time purchases only
• Offer is available to all customers during the promotional period

How to Redeem
• Spend $200 AUD or more in a single transaction
• One complimentary Renew Serum will be automatically added to carts of eligible orders
• No promotional code is required unless otherwise stated
• The complimentary item cannot be added retroactively after purchase

Complimentary Renew Serum
• Each eligible order will receive one complimentary Renew Serum valued at $90 AUD
• Complimentary products are subject to stock availability
• If stock becomes unavailable, Saya Skincare reserves the right to substitute the complimentary item with a product of equal or greater value
• No cash alternative is available for the complimentary product

Exclusions
This promotion:

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, loyalty reward or promotional campaign
• Does not apply to subscription purchases or combined with subscription discounts
• Does not apply to gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes
• Is limited to one complimentary Renew Serum per order

Returns & Refunds
If an order qualifying for the complimentary Renew Serum is returned or refunded:

• Refunds will reflect the purchase price paid at checkout
• If returning part of an order causes the remaining order value to fall below $200 AUD, the complimentary Renew Serum must also be returned or its retail value may be deducted from the refund
• Complimentary products must be returned with the order where applicable

Limitations
• Offer is valid during the promotional period only
• Complimentary products cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash
• Saya Skincare reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to misuse or abuse the promotion

General
Saya Skincare reserves the right to:

• Amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
• Verify the eligibility of customers and orders associated with the promotion
