In Good Company

On Saya's move into the amenities space, the houses, resorts and yachts we are finding a home in, and a refill model built to leave less behind.

There is a particular kind of trust that comes with being chosen for a space someone has poured everything into. A private residence. A resort where every detail is considered. A yacht where nothing is left to chance. When a brand is invited into rooms like these, it is because the people responsible for them expect the same standard Saya has always held itself to.

That is the thinking behind our move into amenities. What we bring to these spaces is the full Saya experience, the same textures, the same botanicals and the same scent drawn from the formulas themselves, brought into the places where people go to feel looked after. Nothing is diluted or reworked for the setting. It is simply Saya, in another room.

A better way to belong in a space

Luxury and waste have been treated as inseparable for too long. The single-use bottle, replaced daily and discarded barely touched, has been accepted as the cost of a good first impression. We wanted to offer something better, and something that reflects how Saya has always operated.

Our amenities model is built on refill. Accommodation, restaurants, day spas and wellness clinics are supplied in five-litre refill formats, decanted into permanent vessels on site. The formula stays exactly the same. What changes is everything around it: far less packaging, far less freight weight and far less sent to landfill for the sake of a bottle no one keeps.

The same considered formula, made to last longer and leave less behind.

For a property, it is a practical decision as much as a conscious one. Refill lowers the cost per use, simplifies reordering and gives guests a product that genuinely performs rather than one chosen to be forgettable. For Saya, it is the natural extension of a brand that has been considered and low-waste in its thinking from the very first day.

Around the world

Saya now travels a good deal further than the coastline that made it, and the brand is finding a home in spaces chosen for the same reasons people choose Saya, a refusal to compromise on either results or the way something feels to use.

The United States

In New York and Los Angeles, Saya has found a natural home in the social wellness clubs reshaping how people look after themselves. The brand is part of the experience at Remedy Place and Heimat, spaces built around recovery, movement and considered self-care, where the products on offer are held to the same standard as everything else in the room.

The Mediterranean

Across the Greek islands and the wider Mediterranean, Saya travels by water. The superyachts chartering these coastlines carry the brand as part of an experience where guests expect the finest of everything, and where a product has to earn its place in a small and very considered space. It is a setting the brand was, in many ways, made for.

And beyond

Alongside these, Saya continues to grow across private residences, luxury houses and resorts around the world, each chosen with the same care.

These are not partnerships built on volume. They are built on fit. A property that shares the brand's standards will always be a better home for Saya than one that simply wants product on a shelf, and that is the line we hold as the amenities range grows.

Hamilton Island

If there is one place that shows what this looks like when it all comes together, it is Hamilton Island. The Whitsundays hold a particular version of Australian coastal life, considered, unhurried and lived largely on the water, and it is a version Saya recognises instinctively

Saya is now part of the experience across ALANI Superyacht, Kahala House and Trisara Residence, where guests meet the brand in the setting it was made for.

That relationship expands this August, when Saya arrives on the island for Hamilton Island Race Week, 14th to 22nd August, with a pop-up store on Front Street and event presence throughout the week.

An island in the Whitsundays, and a brand born a little further down the same coast.

Made with the water in mind

It is a question we are asked often, and one worth asking. When a product is used on a yacht, beside the ocean or in a coastal home, some of it inevitably meets the water. People want to know that what they put on their skin is not leaving a problem behind in the sea they are sitting on.

The answer is in the formulas themselves. Saya has always been built on naturally derived botanical ingredients and clean, considered chemistry, and that thinking shows most in what we choose to leave out. Our formulas are made without synthetic microplastics, drawing their textures from natural gums rather than the synthetic film formers many brands rely on, and they exfoliate with natural ingredients rather than plastic microbeads.

They are built on gentle surfactants derived from botanicals rather than the harsher synthetics that linger once they wash away, and formulated without ethoxylated ingredients. Every formula is preserved with readily biodegradable systems, without the ingredients most often associated with harm in waterways. These are the same choices that have defined Saya from the beginning, made for the skin first and for everything downstream of it as well.

Paired with the refill model, which removes much of the single-use plastic these settings usually create, the intention has been consistent from the very first day, to leave as little behind as possible, on the skin and beyond it.

The brand was born on the water, and we have never wanted it to be the reason the water is any worse for it.

It comes back to the water

None of this is a departure. Saya was born in Noosa, on a stretch of Queensland coast where the water and the light shape how people live. The founder learned about native botanicals and built the brand in that landscape, and it has been made in Australia ever since.

So the move into coastal residences, resorts and yachts is not the brand reaching for somewhere unfamiliar. It is the brand recognising itself in these places. The same considered, low-waste, results-led thinking that started at a market stall in Noosa is now carried into some of the most looked-after spaces in the world, and it travels with the botanicals still at the heart of every formula.

Proudly made in Australia, vegan friendly and cruelty free, born in Noosa and still made here. In good company, and finally in the rooms that share the standard it was built on.
