How to use Saya's Sculpting Gua Sha+
Prepare your skin with a facial oil or moisturiser to enable the Gua Sha to glide effortlessly. Apply gentle but firm pressure with the curved side against your skin. For best results, include in your routine up to four times a week to promote lymphatic drainage, reduce fine lines, and enhance circulation.
For the Face:
- Forehead: Glide from the center out towards temples. Repeat 3-5 times.
- Eyes: Use the smaller curve under the eyes from the inner to outer corners to decrease puffiness.
- Cheeks: Move from cheek center upwards towards ears to lift and firm.
- Jawline and Chin: Sweep from chin along the jawline to earlobe to define and ease tension.
- Neck: Stroke from base of neck upwards to jawline to aid in lymphatic drainage. Use moderate pressure throughout, 3-5 strokes per area.
For the Body:
- Legs: Move upwards from ankles towards the heart.
- Head: Start at the crown and move down towards the heart. Repeat over each area 3-5 times.
