RETURNS / EXCHANGES
In the very unlikely event that an item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your name, order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order or pick up in store. For items returned within 14 days, a store credit or a replacement will be issued.
For all items returned via post, we recommend that you return and prepay via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Saya Skincare Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Returned products must be received unopened/unused.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
If you have purchased our products from another retailer, please refer to their company returns policy and contact them directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for products purchased with AFTERPAY payment method.
