COVID-19 UPDATE FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

All orders sent with Standard Shipping are currently facing extended delays. We will only send your parcel with Couriers Please, or Australia Post. Victoria, WA, SA & TAS are currently the most affected states with delays. If you require your order soon, we strongly advise to use an Express service.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders sent with Standard Shipping are currently facing extended delays. We ship all Standard International orders with AusPost, and these are now being sent via sea freight due to international flight shortages. These may take up to 2 months to arrive to you. Please consider using Express if you want to receive your order quickly. We send all international express via DHL, TNT or Fedex.

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $150! 

Australian Shipping

Standard shipping: $10

Express shipping: $15

International Shipping*

We offer Standard and Express Shipping at flat rates or calculated at checkout. Rates are based on weight. Please ensure you are aware of shipping times before making your selection. Standard International will be sent via sea freight (COVID-19 related). We send all international express via AusPost Express. 

 

How long will it take?

Australian Domestic

*Due to the second wave of Covid-19 in Victoria, the Government has implemented all essential service businesses to reduce their workforce by 30%. This has impacted Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway and while they are all still delivering there will be some delays to this region due to the decreased workforce on the ground.

Usually 1-4 days to areas on the East coast. Please allow for extended delivery times to suburbs on the West coast (up to 4 weeks standard)

New Zealand

Standard: Up to 2 months due to COVID-19

AusPost Express: 14-20 days

DHL Express: 3-6 days

All other international customers

Standard: Up to 2 months due to COVID-19

Express: 3-6 days

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders placed before 12pm will be processed for same day shipping. 

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

 

If my shipment arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us at our Noosa outlet 07 54424667 immediately and we will provide a full replacement of products.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. Saya has no liability to cover these charges.  We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges as we are not aware what these may be. Your order confirmation details show only the amount collected by Saya Skincare, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.
